As luck would have it, we ended up going to a game both Friday and Saturday
in Pittsburgh. Our original plan was only for Friday's game, but it worked
out we got tickets for the second night too. We only saw one home run per
night, McLouth of Pittsburgh on Friday and Pujols of St. Louis hit his 35th of
the season Saturday. We did see Duke and Snell of Pittsburgh pitch two
very good games though. Unfortunately, we forgot to take our camera with
us. Fortunately, our cell phones have cameras in them, so we did get some
pictures, though most did not turn out as well as I had hoped.
Friday's game was the Satchel Paige Bobblehead giveaway and Saturday was
Homestead Grays hat giveaway AND old-time Negro League uniform day.
