The Baseball Hall of Fame is located in Cooperstown, New York.  Cooperstown is a nice little town and I highly recommend actually spending the night in Cooperstown, just so you can fully enjoy your experience.  I felt as if I missed something by not spending the night.  The shops down main street are a great place to find baseball collectables.  The Hall of Fame took 3-4 hours to see and has a lot of fascinating stuff.
